Transmitters EPS (piezoresistive)
EPS Pressure transmitters measurement of static and dynamic pressures of liquids and gases. The primary sensor is made of a piezoresistive measurement bridge of polysilicon, placed on a monosilicon shutter. A stainless steel membrane receives pressure from outside and transmits it by means of an oil filling to the monosilicon shutter. An electronic circuit turns the signal of the measurement bridge into a 4-20 mA signal proportional to pressure. The sensor absorbs a pressure lower than 4 mA that allows the connection with the transmitter in bifilar procedure. Said system also allows checking eventual breaks in the line. The pressure survey membrane is oppose type, rendering the instrument not sensitive to impurities and offering at the same time reduced overall dimensions. For uses in places with high temperatures. The instrument is equipped with the electronics placed far from the measurement sensor. The connection between the two elements happens by means of a ironclad, flexible pipe.
Use / Characteristics

- Bifilar procedure
- Compact manufacture and great adaptability to installation by means of the rotating head.
- Measurement ranges up to 400 bar.
- Stainless steel manufacture.
- Oppose type diaphragm.

The transmitters are generally used in all industrial plants, in the process control and in control benches and/or devices.
