Flow switches are conceived as universal
instruments for fluid and gas control in any industrial
sector. The passing fluid vertically pushed a magnetic
piston, housed inside a rugged valve body The vertical
movement is proportional to the flow rate. The piston
magnetically activates a microswitch contained inside
the adjustable electric head. The piston and flow chamber
are designed to guarantee a high functioning stability
(0 - 100 cst.) as the fluid viscosity changes. To set
the alarm value turn the electric head axially, referring
to the diagram displayed on the instrument. The changeover
contact may be both used as normally open and as normally
closed.

| Use/Characteristics |
| |
|
- Functioning stability, also with variable viscosity
fluids. |
| -
Hermetic separation between flow chamber and electric
head. |
| -
No restrictions on assembling position. |
| -
Constant regulation of the set point value. |
| -
Indifference to impurities, due to the valve type structure.
|
| |
| The
instrument is normally used in industrial operations requiring
the control of cooling or lubricating liquids, as well
as for transformers, welders, machine tools etc. |
