Flow Rate Transmitter RR Rotor
RR Flow rate transmitters produce a signal in linear frequency in respect to the flow. Referring to what previous stated, the rotor blades are equipped with segments made of stainless steel, which are intercepted by an inductive sensor, housed outside the flow chamber that produces a pulse train proportional to the flow. Instruments are installed by means of revolving female connections and are delivered with opaque or transparent cover. The stability in time is ensured by the material choice: the rotor axle is made of ceramics and has a low wear coefficient, the rotor bodies have a low friction coefficient. The revolving connections allow the optimal positioning of instrument even after the installation is carried out.
Use / Characteristics

- Plastic execution.
- High resolution.
- Good linearity..
- Assembling possible in any position.
- Up to 10 cst can be used.
- No magnetic materials in the flow chamber.
- No linear segments of pipes are needed to stabilise the flow.

These instruments are mainly used in the installation field of industrial process control, in the batching plants, in the control of heating plants and of emulsions of machine tools.
