level controls
are designed as standard units to control cooling and
lubrication liquids. The float in vulcanized butadieneacrylonitrile
copolymer excludes any possibility to absorb liquid
and to sink, because of its closed-cell structure. The
magnetic unit is placed inside the float and never gets
in touch with the liquid. The lifting of the float magnetically
activates a Reed contact that is hermetically sealed
inside the guide rod. The electric connection occurs
by means of a cable, which is also hermetically sealed
inside the guide rod by means of epoxy resin. For a
correct functioning, the assembling must be vertical
with a tolerance of ±15°.
