LC
continuous level controls
are
conceived as remote monitoring units for fluids. A float,
free to move along the measurement rod, constantly follows
the liquid level and magnetically activates a resistive
partitor, housed inside the guide rod that produces
an ohmmetric signal, directly proportional to the level
to be measured. The signal is sent to the control electric
unit VLC-602M, which besides visualising the level state,
allows to set up to six alarm thresholds. An analog
outlet 0-10 V or (0)4-20 mA is also available. The distance
between the measurement probe and the electric unit
is irrelevant and virtually unlimited.
