Level Control USS Float
USS level controls
are designed as standard units to control aggressive liquids, solvents, acids and alimentary applications. The float is made of stainless steel, polypropylene or PVDF, depending on the type chosen. The magnetic unit is placed inside the float and never gets in touch with the liquid. The lifting of the float magnetically activates a Reed contact that is hermetically sealed inside the guide rod. The electric connection occurs by means of a cable, which is also hermetically sealed inside the guide rod by means of epoxy resin. The guide rod is made of stainless steel or PVC or PVDF for those types having a plastic float. For a correct functioning the assembling must be vertical with a tolerance of ±15°.
